Welcome to B2B Connect Pro, operated by BuzGrowth Web LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before engaging with our platform or any of our Done-For-You (“DFY”) or Do-It-Yourself (“DIY”) services.

1. 📌 Program Overview

B2B Connect Pro is a business development platform offering LinkedIn outreach automation, CRM integration, and lead generation services through tiered subscription plans (Growth Start, Growth Scale, Growth Elite). Services may include setup, automation workflows, AI integrations, and support access.

2. 🧾 Subscription Plans & Fees

2.1. Plan Options

Growth Start: $297/month | $2,970/year

Growth Scale: $497/month | $4,970/year

Growth Elite: $697/month | $6,970/year

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee ($197 to $397 depending on tier).

2.2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via our platform.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Prices are exclusive of payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30).All sales are final and non-refundable, including setup fees.

3. ⏱️ Term, Renewal & Cancellation

3.1. Term

Your subscription begins on the date of payment and remains active until cancelled.

3.2. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

3.3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle refunds for unused time.

4. ✅ Service Scope

Depending on your selected plan, services may include:

LinkedIn outreach campaign setup and management

CRM configuration and automation workflows

AI-assisted prospecting and follow-ups

Slack support, email support, and review sessions

Custom DFY services (Growth Elite only)

We reserve the right to modify service elements to maintain or improve the quality of the program.

5. 🧠 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, timely, and complete information needed for onboarding and campaign setup.

Maintain an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator license.

Comply with platform guidelines and ethical outreach practices.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, account bans, or improper client-side actions.

6. 🔐 Confidentiality & Data

We treat all client data, login credentials, and business strategies as strictly confidential. We follow industry standards to safeguard your information and do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

7. 📉 Results Disclaimer

While our platform is built to enhance outreach and lead generation, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a fixed number of leads, appointments, or revenue).

Results depend on several external factors including niche, offer, audience, and market conditions.

8. 📣 Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, workflows, and automation templates provided within B2B Connect Pro remain the intellectual property of BuzGrowth Web LLC. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use assets during their active subscription period.

9. 🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for:

Illegal, deceptive, or spam-based outreach

Harassment or unauthorized scraping

Reselling assets without written permission

Violating LinkedIn’s or any third-party platform’s terms

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. 💼 Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is subject to separate terms and is available to eligible members who meet our participation criteria. Fraudulent commissions, self-referrals, or misleading promotions will lead to disqualification.

11. 🛠️ Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update pricing, features, and offerings with 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzGrowth Web LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the B2B Connect Pro platform.

13. 📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
